Nick, Ludovica, and Seth, three artists that met almost by chance, bring modern folk, acoustic blues, and magic to audiences across Italy.
The trio was born when American singer-songwriter Nick Carter, while studying Italian with coach and vocalist Ludovica Corda, began translating his songs into Italian. What started as a creative language exercise soon blossomed into a unique musical collaboration. Together with Grammy-nominated producer and acclaimed artist Seth Glier, they discovered a sound that resonates as beautifully in Italian as in English.
With roots in folk and a passion for cross-cultural storytelling, Nick, Ludovica, and Seth bring audiences a blend of heartfelt songwriting, lyrical translation, and unexpected harmony.
Their upcoming debut repertoire includes eleven of Nick’s original songs, translated into Italian by Ludovica and recorded in Seth’s studio, as well as a variety of popular American tunes.
Quasi Per Caso can’t wait to share their music and magic with you during their first tour across northern Italy at the beginning of Fall 2026.

Through his 20 years in business and 15 years teaching music, Nick’s creative life has always been his compass. Carved in The Bark is Nick’s 2024 release. The album explores social and environmental concerns, gratitude, reconciliation, old friendships, and remembered love.
Nick’s earlier album Fountain Pen, released in September 2022, drew praise from both folk radio and print media as an evocative, emotional collection, with several songs cited as “instant standards” and the title track as “a gem”.
Ludovica Corda is an Italian singer with warm, soothing vocal timbre, and instinctive musicality. A natural storyteller at heart, she weaves emotion, language, and melody into performances that feel both intimate and soul-stirring. Praised for her refined musical ear and expressive phrasing, Ludovica brings a depth and sensitivity to the stage that resonates long after the last note fades.
Born and raised in Italy and now based in the U.S., she draws inspiration from Mediterranean roots, blues influences, and the folk traditions that shaped her earliest experiences with music. Her vocal style balances clarity and warmth, inviting listeners into a sound world that is at once gentle, honest, and deeply human.
Alongside Nick Carter and Seth Glier, Ludovica is one of the three voices of Quasi Per Caso, a bilingual trio that blends Italian and English in original arrangements and intimate acoustic atmospheres. Together, the group creates heartfelt music, built on harmony, connection, and storytelling. All of their songs feel like shared memories, even upon first listen.
Seth Glier is a five-time Independent Music Award winner, recipient of International Music Awards as well as a Grammy nomination for his album The Next Right Thing.
Seth uses songwriting as a way to inspire positive change. His latest album, Everything, gives voice to nature’s desire to reconnect with humanity. Everything acknowledges the sacred liaison between all living things and asks what might be possible collectively. To Seth, the future is something we always have an influence over.
Seth’s gifts are an innate curiosity and a fierce desire to connect with other people. As a cultural diplomat for the US State Department, he has collaborated with musicians in Mexico, China, Mongolia, and Ukraine.
Seth has shared the bill with numerous artists, including Ronnie Spector, James Taylor, Ani DiFranco, and Glen Campbell. As producer, music director, or studio musician he has collaborated with Sophie B. Hawkins, Tom Rush, Antje Duvekot, Richard Shindell, Doctora Qingona, Dar Williams, Cyndi Lauper, and Nick Carter.
Seth’s collaboration with Nick Carter and Ludovica Corda as Quasi Per Caso is only the latest expression of his life-long desire to share his love of music with others.
